From Lab to Garden : a story of Vibrant Change
Lara once was academical researcher in neurobiology. During her PhD and postdoc, she investigated with passion GPCR-receptors conformational changes, cellular-differentiation pathways, and synaptic connexions. Her fascination for « Vibrant Change » was already there !
In 2007, after 7 years of research activities and international publications, she felt compelled to switch towards ecological commitment. She took the leap and left behind her bench, some beloved friends, but also a confortable swiss pharmaceutical income.

From there, she’s been building new professional skills and experiences as a consultant, coach, and trainer in Environnemental Change Management. She achieved a Master’s Degree in Ethics and sustainable development, at the University of Philosophy in Lyon, and hapilly foster new skills in facilitation, life transition accompaniment, group dynamics and team constellations.
In 2011, she founds her own agency - Changement Vivant – (aka : Vibrant Change) with a national success and aknowledgement. Since then, her more enthousiastic clients have been projet managers and policy officers in various public services dedicaded to environnemental issues. She deeply enjoyed her mission as a « change catalyst». |

During 10 years, Changement Vivant courses has been rising new hope, better efficiency, high commitment, more creative vision and deep resilience through many teams and environmental departments of french public agencies, companies or NGOs.
But her inner Call stroke again ! Her instinct made her mysteriously anticipate First LockDown and Covid-crisis. In 2020 and 2021, she’s been guided to close her activities, pass along her rich experience to a group of 14 consultants, and found herself free and safely wage-earning for a long sabbatical leave.
This time, she knows nothing about next step to come.
Her only Compass : an irrepressible longing for flowers and wild plants, linked to strong increase of her secret senses. These sensitive habilities have been growing since 2017. She’s been trained and could established as a therapist using dowser rods. But with no rational, instead of developping a new business, she feels attracted by the Music of the Plants process. Her stammering experiences awaken her playful instinct as a researcher…
